Our Pattern Shop

We have our own on-site Pattern Shop with a team of experienced Pattern Makers who are capable to work to customers’ specific technical requirements.

We work mainly in Wood and Thermocol , and occasionally in Metal and Polystyrene patterns as the need arises. Our highly skilled technical staff decides on the production techniques to be used in the molding process and our mastered pattern makers incorporate the necessary Molding Joints, Running & Feeding Systems and Core Boxes as and when demanded. The contraction allowances for the particular metal to be cast are incorporated in the patterns which are made to absolute accurate dimensional tolerances.

Generally speaking, every pattern produced is exclusive per customer specifications.

The SNF Machine Shop

We have a wholly owned well equipped on- site machine shop. The biggest advantage of having an in- house machine shop is that it makes us capable of supplying complete components and/or assemble finished, painted and ready to use products, thus reducing our clients’ inventory and improving mutual productivity, with a low capital plant equipment.

Another prevalent advantage is on the spot identifying and rectifying the faults or defects that randomly occur, whilst castings produced at the highest set standards. Purchasing a fully machined casting means that these random faults have been discovered and dealt with, therefore producing and supplying readily usable components to be further processed at the client’s end. This reduces delays immensely and the clients are freed from the increasing problem of disposing of scrap and the cost involved.

SNF is advanced machine shop with all measuring instruments. We have been supplying Machine Castings for over two decades and the demand is ever increasing.
